Privacy policy
This privacy policy explains which personal data we process when you use Betintegral (betintegral.com), for what purposes and on what legal basis, how long we keep it and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable national data protection law.
In short: you can use the whole site without registering. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, we do not create profiles of visitors and we never sell personal data. We only process the data needed to run the site securely and to answer your messages.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for processing your personal data is:
- Controller: Betintegral (betintegral.com)
- Contact: our contact form
We are not required to appoint a data protection officer. For any question about your data or this policy, please contact us via our contact form.
2. What data we process, why and on what legal basis
2.1 Visiting the website (server log files)
Every time a page is loaded, the server automatically records technical data sent by your browser: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the address of the page requested, the page you came from (referrer), the HTTP status code and amount of data sent, and your browser and operating system.
- Purpose: delivering the website, ensuring its stability and security, detecting errors and defending against attacks and misuse.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and properly working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: log files are deleted automatically after a short period, as a rule no later than 30 days, unless a specific entry is needed to investigate a security incident.
2.2 Contact form and e-mail
If you contact us through the contact form or by e-mail, we process your name, e-mail address, the topic and content of your message, the language version of the page you used and the time of sending. Messages from the form are delivered to our mailbox and kept in the administration area of the site.
- Purpose: handling and answering your request.
- Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); where your request concerns a contract, for example advertising or a partnership, the taking of steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Retention: messages are deleted after 12 months at the latest, or earlier if you ask us to. Correspondence that leads to a contract is kept as long as statutory retention periods (for example under tax and accounting law) require.
- Is it required? Providing your data is voluntary, but we cannot answer without your name, e-mail address and message.
You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by contacting us via our contact form. The withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
2.3 Protection against spam
To stop automated abuse of the contact form, we temporarily store a pseudonymised value derived from your IP address (a one-way hash, from which the address cannot be read back) together with the number of messages sent. The form also contains a hidden field and a time check that only automated programs trigger. The value is deleted automatically after one hour.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site and our mailbox from spam and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2.4 Settings stored in your browser
The site remembers a few of your choices – your time zone, the selected market (for example 1X2 or Over/Under) and the sort order and filters of the prediction tables – in the local storage of your browser. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. It is strictly necessary to provide the functions you use, so no consent is required. You can delete it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser. Details are in our cookie policy.
2.5 Club and league logos
Club and league logos are loaded directly from the servers of our sports data provider API-Sports (media.api-sports.io). To deliver the images, your browser necessarily transmits your IP address and technical browser data to these servers. We do not set any cookies for this, and the provider receives no other data about you from us.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a clear and attractive presentation of the sports information (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2.6 Sports data about players, coaches and referees
Our pages contain sports data that may relate to identifiable people, such as the names of players, coaches and referees, line-ups, goals, cards, injuries and suspensions. This data comes from our licensed sports data provider and is published only in connection with football matches and competitions.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest and the public’s interest in sports information and statistics, as well as the freedom of expression and information (Art. 6(1)(f) and Art. 85 GDPR).
- If you are concerned and believe information about you is incorrect or should not be shown, please contact us; we will check it and, where justified, correct or remove it.
3. Cookies, tracking and advertising
Betintegral does not set any cookies for visitors and does not use analytics, tracking or advertising tools, social media plug-ins or third-party fonts. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and our cookie policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
4. No automated decisions or profiling
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. Our predictions are calculated automatically, but they concern football matches, not you.
5. Recipients of your data
We only share personal data where this is necessary for the purposes described above:
- Hosting provider – runs the servers of the site and stores the log files and the content of the site on our behalf, as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR.
- E-mail service provider – delivers and stores e-mails sent to us, also as a processor.
- API-Sports – receives your IP address when your browser loads logos from its servers (see 2.5).
- Public authorities – only where we are legally obliged to disclose data, for example to courts or law enforcement on the basis of a lawful order.
We do not sell personal data and do not pass it on for advertising purposes.
6. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
We aim to have personal data processed within the European Union or the European Economic Area. If a service provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, this happens only where the European Commission has recognised an adequate level of data protection for that country (Art. 45 GDPR) or with other appropriate safeguards, in particular the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). You can request further information about these safeguards from us.
7. How long we keep your data
- Server log files: normally no longer than 30 days.
- Contact form messages and e-mails: no longer than 12 months, unless statutory retention periods apply.
- Spam protection value: one hour.
- Settings in your browser: until you delete them.
After these periods the data is deleted or anonymised, unless we need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
8. Security
We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. The whole site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS), access to the administration area is limited to authorised persons, the software is kept up to date and we collect as little personal data as possible.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right:
- to obtain access to the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15);
- to have inaccurate data rectified (Art. 16);
- to have your data erased (Art. 17);
- to restrict its processing (Art. 18);
- to data portability, i.e. to receive the data you provided in a structured, commonly used format (Art. 20);
- to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21);
- to withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3));
- to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77), in particular in the EU country where you live, work or where the alleged infringement took place. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., 1592 Sofia, www.cpdp.bg.
To exercise your rights, simply contact us via our contact form. Your request is free of charge. We will answer within one month; in complex cases this period may be extended by up to two further months, of which we will inform you. Where we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask for information to confirm it.
10. Children
The site is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly process personal data of people under 18. If we learn that we have received such data, we will delete it.
11. Links to other websites
The site may contain links to other websites, for example those of bookmakers. When you follow such a link, the privacy policy of that website applies; we have no influence on how those operators process your data.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update.
